After completing a Science Degree with an Anatomy major from the University of New South Wales in 1995, I graduated with a Masters Degree in Chiropractic from Macquarie University in Sydney in 1997.
My first few years of practice were in Bondi, before feeling the need to travel and have a professional adventure – in the UK.
Initially, I worked in many different practices in the UK as a locum, gaining a wide variety of skills, techniques & experience. Then finally purchasing a practice in Bromley, Kent, just outside of central London.
After 7 years in the UK and meeting an Adelaide girl I found myself here in Unley. The Unley area is fantastic – its where my two children go to school and where I live. And now the Unley community is where I’m providing chiropractic care.
I love being a chiropractor. I like how simply helping people improve and keep their spines healthy can have such a profound impact on their health, athletic performance and quality of life – without the need for drugs or surgery.
I practice this principle everyday and look forward to helping individuals and families as their chiropractor in Unle

Kristy is our smiling receptionist who will meet and greet you as you arrive for your appointments.
Coming from a Chiropractic family (her Dad’s a Chiropractor) Kristy is passionate about the positive effects that chiropractic care can offer – she’s experienced them herself.
Originally from Queensland, around the Redcliffe area, Kristy has gradually made her down the east coast of Australia- from Queensland, to Batemans Bay, New South Wales to East Gippsland, Victoria and finally South Australia, which has now been home for the last 14 years, where she has settled and had two beautiful children.
Being a mother herself, family care is important. Which makes working at Total Back Care, a relaxed, family-friendly environment that’s focused on natural health and wellbeing of families, extremely fulfilling.
